Intro to Adobe Firefly
firefly.adobe.com
Works best in Chrome and requires a ‘Sign In’ – get a free Adobe ID if you don’t already have one. Uses a system of ‘Credits’ – check your account info (top right) for how many credits you have. If you subscribe to any Creative Cloud services – including Firefly Pro, Adobe Express, Adobe Stock, etc. – you have many credits at your disposal. Every time you click ‘Generate’ or use generative AI features inside Adobe apps, it uses credits.
If you’re new to Firefly, you may want to take a look at the ‘Gallery’ – which includes many examples of Firefly-generated content and the prompts used to create them. You can use any one of these as a starting point, modifying the existing prompt or start from scratch and write your own. Try to use detailed, descriptive language.
There are an ever-expanding number of things you can do within the Firefly workspace. Check back often (and click the ‘gift’ icon, top right of interface)
to explore new features.
