I’ve been using the new features of CC 2020 since late in 2019, when they were released.
You can now edit the Tools that are in your Tools panel and how they are arranged in Photoshop & Illustrator.
You can now import PDF comments directly from a reviewed PDF that will apply those changes to the document
You can now adjust page size and margins and InDesign will automatically adjust page content
